  • What is the expected response time for email inquiries?

    The majority of emails receive a response within 12 business hours (Mon-Fri), however please allow up to 48 business hours during peak seasons & sales.

  • What should I do if the product I want is out of stock?

    We suggest subscribing to our "back in stock notifications" for that particular style. Once the item you desire becomes available, we will notify you via email. For any further inquiries, please reach out to info@khenlani.co.uk.

  • What if I received a damaged or defective product?

    We offer 100% money back guarantee on all of our products! If your product is not 100% perfect we will offer you a full refund or replacement. We can ship you a new product at no additional cost to you. You can email our Customer Care team at any time at info@khelani.co.uk

  • User How long will it take for my order to ship?

    Orders are processed and will dispach our warehouse within same business day, excluding holidays & weekends. During peak seasons orders can sometimes take up to 2 business days to process in our facility.

  • Do you offer free shipping and returns?

    For UK. orders, we offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 next day shipping on orders over £30 Expedited options are also available at checkout.

    We happily welcome returns within 14 days from the date of your order purchase for all non-final sale items. To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags still attached.

    However, please note that return postage fees are not covered by us.

  • How do i cancel my order?

    Please email us info@khelani.co. uk as quickly as possible! If your order has not already been processed, we will do our best to cancel it. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. If your order has been processed.

    Yes, we provide effortless exchanges for all UK customers. You have the option to exchange your item for a different size or colour seamlessly, or swap it for a brand new item of your preference.
